Jeff Keech is a new breed of real estate transaction coordinator whose vast industry experience allows him to not only understand the intricacies of each distinctive residential or commercial real estate transaction, but to anticipate and problem-solve potential hindrances. Working in partnership with the Gladstein Group, Jeff provides seamless services designed to successfully close transactions in a timely manner with as little interruption and stress as possible. Among the long list of tasks he performs are establishing escrow accounts, verifying that every document is signed and initialed in the right places and keeping every party on deadline. Throughout his 18 year career, Jeff has held numerous management, marketing and sales positions within the real estate arena, including as an asset manager for multiple real estate investment groups. In addition, he has been a licensed real estate agent in Nevada since 1995. Prior to pursuing a successful real estate career, Jeff served with the U.S. Army for 4 years during which time he was deployed to Kuwait and Iraq for two tours during and after Operation Desert Storm.
