Since the inception of his real estate career in 1991, Sam Gladstein’s visionary instincts have continually propelled him to the forefront of his field.

Whether at the helm of the Gladstein Group working with Las Vegas residential and commercial real estate clients; as vice president of operations with the Newland Real Estate Group bringing his urban redevelopment expertise to such celebrated projects as downtown’s Symphony Park, or overseeing the real estate sales, land development and construction of Toll Brothers luxury homes within many of Southern Nevada’s leading masterplanned communities, Sam is the epitome of a professional who is dedicated to integrity, excellence and service.

Clearly well-versed and entrenched in the Las Vegas real estate arena, Sam’s extensive experience enables him to understand the shifting marketplace.  He continuously builds on his knowledge for the benefit of his Gladstein Group real estate clients. Sam offers an exceptional appreciation and anticipation of customer needs, rich marketing experience, proven negotiating acumen and a personal commitment to client satisfaction.

His unparalleled expertise includes owning and operating a boutique custom home building and land development company during the 1990’s in Westport, Connecticut, which focused on mid-market and luxury housing with home sales ranging from $450,000 to more than $4 million. For five consecutive years, Sam was a top producing real estate salesperson in Fairfield County, CT, with more than 60 transactions in 1996 and gross sales in excess of $20 million.

Relocating to Las Vegas in 2006, Sam quickly gained acclaim for his leadership role within the city’s real estate community. With a keen awareness of detail and time sensitivity, Sam served as vice president of operations for Newland overseeing design and engineering aspects as well as parcel sales and negotiations of large-scale development agreements for the $5 billion Symphony Park, an anchor of downtown Las Vegas redevelopment and home to the Smith Center for the Performing Arts, the Cleveland Clinic, and the Discovery Children’s Museum.

Prior to Newland, Sam worked with Toll Brothers in Las Vegas overseeing the management and construction of luxury homes in such nationally-acclaimed developments as Summerlin, Mountain’s Edge, Providence, Lake Las Vegas, and Inspirada.

Passionate about the creative arts, Sam is an avid musician and songwriter who maintains a home recording studio. Prior to launching his real estate career, Sam was a professional audio engineer in some of the largest recording studios in the world.  He is credited on records ranging from Barry Manilow to David Benoit to the Red Hot Chili Peppers as well as major blockbuster films such as Feds, Twins, and Major League.

A world traveler, Sam has been to 48 of the 50 U.S. states, has visited 16 countries, and spent nearly three years overseas, including a year’s residency in Tokyo.  Sam is married and has three sons, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from American University in Washington, D.C.
